I don't think that the machine used to clean the tile grout works along edges of a room very well. My kitchen has dirty grout outside the center area. Under the stove where I cook every day is still dirty, but everything has been sealed since I paid for that service. I am just not sure if its the equipment or if its that the "special water" doesn't do a proper job. Also, there were still about 6 areas where chocolate was stuck in the grout and me and the technician had to scratch/clean it up by hand prior to sealing the tile. So the little chocolate chips my son drops from his granola bars throughout the year get stepped on and mushed into the grout unnoticed and then your cleaning system doesn't clean chocolate up very well. I won't be using Zerorez in the future. I'm guessing this is why we stopped using your company at all of our schools (where i work). I am not sure that it cleans as well as you claim it does. Even rugs don't get that clean....
You were able to get red ink out of white carpet!
I love that there is no residue left in the carpet which atracks dirt faster.

Kevin was awesome! We got our carpets cleaned because we were moving out and he found dog pee that was left over from the previous renters! The house smelled amazing and looked better then when we moved in! Will definitely be using Zerorez again!
