I had never used you before. They gave me a quote on the phone and then we didn't change the area dimensions but charged me 45 dollars more. It was a phone quote so I had no recourse. After battling over that, they forgot to do the closet that they charged me for. At that point, I called and I was just asking for a refund of the 20 closet. But they insisted that they could give me a credit for a future job or I could have them come back later in the day that complicated my day even more. He was super and came back but I had told him what to clean and there were only 5 areas. In the beginning pre cleaning, I pointed out a few "dirt"spots that he assured me he would get the spots out but they are still there. They were NOT urine, blood, or anything other than dirt. Not at all satisfied with the experience.

Our tech was the best part of our experience. The floors and carpet were very clean but our tech was so informative and polite, we felt confident with his abilities from the beginning.

The carpet and tile look amazing. We suggest that you clean up the wet spots as you go, as we had to go back over the tile to wipe up spots. Also, 'bumpers' were not used and our newly painted house that we just spent $6,000 on with the painter has dings in the baseboards and walls and we are going to have to get the painter back out and pay him to touch all of these up.

The service was good. There were a couple of spots that couldn't be removed and it was a bit disappointing to see them after the service.
