Quicker drying time.
Our carpets were completely revived and fresh after the cleaning. The tech was professional and friendly. The tech was able to lift stains the previous company had attempted but were unsuccessful lifting.

Zerorez is the best! Recently I needed my car flooring and seats deep cleaned because a family member vomited in it. They were able to come out the day I called. Shawn, the tech that came out, was awesome and went above and beyond.
Very professional, carpet and tile always come out looking and feeling like new!!

Technician did not put any foam blocks or plastic slips under wood furniture. I had to ask for foam blocks to go under the feet of a bed frame, and when I asked him to help, he refused saying that he didn’t want to injure himself. Past technicians have slipped plastic sheets under the feet of wood furniture, so I didn’t think the request was out of the ordinary. I’m wondering if this is a different company than the Zerorez we’ve used before.
