Tim was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. We were impressed with how fresh and new the tile and grout looked. As advertised, the carpet wasn't "crunchy," but soft and clean.

We got the grout in our tile floors and shower cleaned and sealed and it came out amazing! We have a light grey grout and it looks brand new again!

I paid $250 just to have my stairs and hallway cleaned and added a protective coating and there are lots of spots that don’t look any different than before zero Rez came. They weren’t thorough at all and you would never think our carpets were cleaned. I thought I was Paying a premium for a superior clean that doesn’t damage my carpet but I was not impressed.
The tecs are fast and efficient. They do an amazing jobs of cleaning our bedroom carpets. I recommend Zerorez any chance I get.
4 days after my carpets were “cleaned “ I really wasn’t happy with the results so I rented a carpet cleaner from Home Depot, to say I was shocked is an understatement! The dirt that this little 30 dollar rental removed from the carpet was UNBELIEVABLE! I was charged a little over three hundred dollars for zero Rez to clean my carpets and will NEVER use them again ! I feel like I was totally scammed and I will tell everyone looking for a carpet cleaner not to use zero Rez.

My floors are amazingly clean. The service person did an amazing job! Very professional.
I used ZeroRez in the past and it was great. This time not so great. Its the second day and my room they cleaned still smells wet and is damp to the touch. This is after they send some one to pull more water off the carpet.

My only question (I should have asked Harold) is WHY is cleaning tile more expensive than carpet? I feel it would be so much easier and less laborsome!
