The worker was nice and friendly and did a great job. I just don't like companies who try to upsell once they get to my house. I know what I want done and I don't want to be asked , do u want your sectional cleaned? I could do just one side? How about some protectant (which I did and I really dont know why). Or... that's an area rug but I didn't want to argue about it so I'll just do it this time. But next time u will probably be charged an area rug price. (It is a bound piece of carpet with a carpet pad underneath. No one has ever told me they would charge me an area rug price.) The carpet is cleaned but no cleaner than it has been before and no one else tried to upsell. Also I had 2 rooms (bedroom is little) and it was $165. Thank you for cleaning my carpets but I will find another company next time.
Never a wet or crunchy carpet after they leave.

Quick and thorough
I recently had my sofa and love seat cleaned, and I was very happy with the results! The 2 items were 10 years old and had never been cleaned...they now look brand new!

We do like the results of the zero razz we do have pets and they leave it looking good as new . The service person was really a great knowledge of his products so he gave us a good idea of what needed to be done. And he good tips on how to maintain it a little bit longer..

Got coffee stains out that I thought were going to stay forever.
Its an old carpet but the cleaning lifted the material so that it looks almost new.
The service person was very friendly and through. He displayed a true interest in accomplishing the results I desired for my carpet.
I lie that the carpets dry quickly and your technicians always do a great job. They are also friendly. I've had a good experience every time you've been out to clean my floors.
After your tech left the carpets looked the same as when he arrived. Said they will look better when they dry. I took out my hoover extractor and pulled up so much dirt out of the carpet I couldn't believe it. I have pictures of the dirty water that I extracted. I spoke with someone and they are coming back to reclean next week. If it's better I will change my opinion. I was hoping for a better result the first time.
The results were outstanding. Before zerorez came to our home I wasn't optimistic about keeping our rug. The results however far exceeded our expectations. First name removed did a great job explaining the zerorez process. He efficiently restored the heavily trafficked areas like new - which I didn't think was possible. We're very glad we called Zerorez and won't hesitate to do so again
