With no harsh chemicals being used, I do not need to worry about my pet possibly getting sick. My carpets looked great when they were done. Would use these services again. The assoicate that cleaned my carpet was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend this company even tho my experience has so far been not as great this time as the last time. However because of the satisfaction guarantee my home will be serviced again in a few days to make sure I am satisfied unfortunately the stains in my hallway reappeared after one day :( but they are making it right by coming back at no charge love this company will continue to uses them for many years to come

Our carpets looked amazing, our technician came early and was super awesome. Our carpets also feel great! We needed them cleaned for our soon to be crawling son. I'll be getting this done at least once a year if not twice 😊

Carpet comes out very clean. However, took about 10 hours to dry in family room.
No soap residue to attract dirt. Fair price and tech did a great job. Highly recommend!
It’s safe for pets
I was very impressed with the cleaning Colten did of all my carpets. He also gave me some tips about caring for my carpets and floors. I will use Zerores again and request him to do my cleaning.
