Friendly staff but service was rugged.. Time spent for sofa and one chair took about 30 minutes and areas on the sofa were missed or could have used a bit more cleaning.
Technician was nice and explain all options. He worked efficiently and quickly on our carpet and made it look 100% better.

Had our carpets cleaned and the technician did an outstanding job. Carpets look great. Had orginally scheduled for Friday to have them cleaned but had to reschedule for an earlier day and time and they came thru for us. Will be using them again.

With no harsh chemicals being used, I do not need to worry about my pet possibly getting sick. My carpets looked great when they were done. Would use these services again. The assoicate that cleaned my carpet was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend this company even tho my experience has so far been not as great this time as the last time. However because of the satisfaction guarantee my home will be serviced again in a few days to make sure I am satisfied unfortunately the stains in my hallway reappeared after one day :( but they are making it right by coming back at no charge love this company will continue to uses them for many years to come
