Alex, The Technician did a extremely good job. The carpet look new again and smell great. I have use other cleaning carpet company in the past and it take hours for the floor too dry and leaves a wet smell behind.. I was very pleased. The floor dried within 4-6 hours. I also want to Thank the Management Team for taking care of the issue that occurred.

It was a Good Job - honestly the kind of shine after the cleaning I was expecting - was not there . Though the Service Technical Representative did clean the floor very well ( the floor was not dirty though )

Aaron, our technician, was fantastic!! Although he may have underestimated how long it would take, he did a very thorough job from start to finish! He was very pleasant, professional, and we appreciated his determination to leave us satisfied.
The only issue we have is the cost of the grout sealant. We just wanted the grout in our kitchen area and a short hallway treated and it literally took Aaron less than 10 minutes. The cost was $93 which we feel is pretty steep for a quick service we could easily do ourselves.
Overall we're happy with the outcome and plan on using Zerorez for future cleanings.

Jesse my technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The way he explained everything to me was precise and understandable I was impressed with his customer service and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. My 12 year old rug looks brand new I know you’re techs aren’t supposed to move furniture but he offered to move my coffee table that was on my rug and even moved the rug itself to a better area that won’t damage the floor underneath. I really appreciate him doing that. He cleaned and sealed my countertops and they have never looked better. Employees like him are 1 in a million and I hope you treat him well!
The upselling is obnoxious. Just give me a list of what’s available and let me decide what I need. High-pressure sales pitches turn people off. Telling me I need carpet protection when I say I’m only keeping them two years is annoying and akin to something a used car salesman does.
However, I LOVE the service!! Carpets are amazingly clean!! Cleaner than they’ve been since they were new! Let your product speak for itself! Thank you for a fresh, clean house!!
