I've used Zero Rez many times & have always been more than happy with the outcome. This last visit however, left me thinking I need to have my carpet (and some tile) recleaned. Unfortunately I was working while the work was being done and he was so quick, was gone before I realized it and could inspect the work.
1. the carpets were left very wet, particularly the steps which took more than a day to dry, and smelled like wet dog. We don't have a dog. It leaves me wondering how clean the water was....
2. the carpet was 'crunchy' when it dried, which again leaves me wondering about the water.
3. I had two rugs cleaned, but he cleaned them on the travertine floor versus on top of the carpet like they usually do. So (wet) dirt was left under the rugs, which required me to clean up (scrub) after. (Should I really have to clean up after someone who is supposed to be cleaning for you??)

I've resolved to no longer refer your business. I understand that good help is hard to find.

The technician Chris Stevenson was on-time, polite and explained everything before he started and covered all the questions we had. He did an outstanding job on our carpets , sofa and loveseat, the tile in 4 rooms and the shower. Our kitchen floor looks brand new!

Harold arrived on time, was friendly, professional and very efficient. I like this service because it leaves no odor and dries in a very short time.

Nickel and dimed the price. Seriously charged us an extra $20 each for two very small.closet areas. The master bedroom was one of the closets and since it had tile between it and the bed area we got charged $20...really! And the boss said you did not want to be known as a nickel and diming place. Wsll guess you are.

However, the communication was difficult regarding the need for tile sealer after cleaning. The office said it wasn't necessary, but the service person said he couldn't clean the tile without applying the sealer.

Tech set very clear expectations on what the results would be. Everything looks amazing!

The tile cleaning around and behind the toilet was not cleaned. Also at the corner there were spots of dirt/grime. I would suggest using a bucket and rag to get these exceptions.
