Carpets turned out great and the young man doing the service well very well mannered and attentive and pleasant to talk too.

No crunchy carpet
The person that did the service had bad BO. I requested that the person put covers on their feet because I had just had the tile cleaned. He put them on but continued to walk inside and outside which pretty much defeats the reason I wanted them on in the first place. I now have to go back and clean the tile again. He left my front door wide open the entire time. He asked to use my bathroom-I told him yes but I thought that was very unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable. When he first started setting up, I said to him, it is $135 right? To which he replied yes. So I wrote the check out and when he said he was done, I asked if I would be getting an invoice and he said yes it would be emailed to me. Then he told me the total was $150. No one told me about the extra $15 fee and he should have informed me of that when I asked about the price. It's a good thing I had some cash on me. I will be checking the carpet tomorrow and I hope they are good after they have dried. At this point, I wouldn't use Zerorez again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
My carpets are not crunchy and your employee's are very professional.

We have been having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez for a number of years, and we honestly wouldn't let any other company clean our carpets. We like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used. Our carpets look so good after they are cleaned. We love the protectant that we have applied after the carpets are cleaned as it really does help our carpets stay cleaner longer. We use the special water that we have purchased from your company on many household items.
