The technician (Evan L) was very professional. He took the time to explain the process and informed me on what outcome I should expect. The tile looks beautiful and the grout is the best it could be after sixteen years. I’m very pleased with Zerorez and will definitely use them in the future.
The service is exceptional. The pricing could be a bit better for 4+ rooms amd the pet treating pretreatment .

Move the curtain to clean a 2x2 area. & clean up the water & debris from the cleaning. I had to redo the floors adjacent to the carpet that was cleaned.

Aaron did a wonderful job. he works hard and will go a long ways in his life. we use Zerorez as we like the job they do.
Your name, plus your advertisements led me to believe that there will be no residue left after the carpet is cleaned. Please tell me why the carpet, after it has dried completely, feels stiff. I even vacuumed the carpet well, and it still feels stiff. Also, the carpet does not look as clean as it should.
