The service person was very nice. He came to pick up 2 area rugs to do at there place, but since he had a cancellation he explained how he could just do them right them at my home. They turned out great and saved me $25 delivery fee. Good job, good service and good people.

I booked my appointment and mentioned I had some pet odor. When the technician came it felt like he was more prepared to tell me all the reasons as to why he WOULDN’T be able to get the pet smells out other than providing me any solution to try and remove the smell. He told me that the only way he would be able to get it out is if we removed the carpet. He never offered any other treatments. The smell is in my infants room and the carpet is brand new, I was willing to do whatever it took to get the smell out. I was never provided with a solution outside of “you need to replace the carpet”. It felt like he read my appointment and decided he didn’t want to put in the work so decided on explaining to me all the ways it would never come out aside from ways he could treat the carpet to remove the smells. I am very disappointed. Other rooms cleaned look great... but the pet odor is still in the carpet AND rug. The carpet I can almost understand because if it got to the pad... but the rug doesn’t have a pad... I would have expected the smell to come out of the rug. I’m upset because I have friends who referred me to Zerorez with the same pet odors and theirs are gone. Again, this is in my newborns room, so it was very important to me to have the smell gone.

From start to finish, great experience. Great that you have technology in place to view invoice before paying. Tech was great, and off course the carpets looked great. and just like tech said, no "Crunchiness".

I have one complaint this time when I first called in to set up the appointment he gave no time said that they would do that the morning of the appointment. That didn't happen. When she she showed up about 10:00 I was very surprised. She said that she had called in and ask someone to send me a text telling me she was on the way here. That did not happen either..

FROM THE ADVERTISING I HEARD I EXPECTED THERE TO BE NO WATER INVOLVED IN THE CLEANING OF THE CARPETS. I WRONGLY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SIMILAR TO DRY CLEANING. I WAS IN ERROR.
THE GENTLEMAN WHO DID THE CLEANING WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND PLEASING TO WORK WITH, IN OUR HOME. I APPRECIATE HIS WORK ETHIC, AND HE WAS EARLY FOR OUR APPOINTMENT.
I W AS ONLY DISAPPOINTED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PROCESS YOU USED WAS IDENTICAL, TO THE PROCESSES USED BY EVERY OTHER CARPET CLEANER, IN THE INDUSTRY. I WAS NOT ABLE TO DETECT ANY DIFFERENCE... AT ALL.

IT SEEMS IT WOULD BE BETTER TO ACCENTUATE THE POSITIVES THAT YOU DO HAVE: LOCALLY FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED FOR ___YEARS; PROFESSIONAL; ON-TIME; ON-BUDGET; DONATIONS TO YOUR COMMUNITY.
