No residue and idirs
While the two technicians that came to our home were friendly and polite, we are very disappointed in the cleaning of our area rug. It looked fresh and clean while damp, but as soon as it dried, it looked the same as before the cleaning. And it has a “crunchy” feel to it. I had heard good things about Zerorez, but this service didn’t live up to the reputation we thought you had.
The service is great, and your products cleaned our grout so well we can see the actual color. Thank you.

Lack of using chemicals on carpets

The last time we had our carpets cleaned you left a few dark wear spots in the high traffic areas. This time you used a scrubber machine that really did the job and wasn't used previously. We still have one very small area that wasn't completely clean. It is still faintly dark and is much smaller than the original dark area that was previously there. It is the area entering the family room from the kitchen. After he was done we left town overnight and upon returning found that area wasn't completely dry yet and it felt like it a soap substance was left in it. Other than that we are really pleased with the results. I will vacuum that area again and see if the faint dark spot lightens. Is there anything else I should do?

The carpet hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The service man did a very good job getting it cleaned and presentable. This is a high traffic area.
Whatever he used cleaned this well worn carpet very well.
Stairway is very clean.
Spenser was very knowledgeable. He did a great job on our carpet and tile.
I called today, talked to Nicole. I asked to speak with a supervisor, she really tried to
discourage this. She put me on hold for 10 minutes, then told me that there wasn't
anyone available to talk to me. I asked for a call back; she told me that Jamison or
Candace would return my call. They did not.
This is terrible service! The guy who came to the house was lazy; he went very fast and
left streaks all over. He chipped the baseboards; he did not just bang into them, he chipped
them. He banged into the walls, several times. He was in and out within 30 minutes!
I have heard great reports on KFYI about ZeroRez. I guess my house was not good
enough to receive great service. I will notify your home office tomorrow.
