I exclusively use Zerorez for my carpet & tile cleaning needs & Zerorez always does a Great Job. That being said I lucked in to getting Aaron yesterday as my tech & He was Amazing!!! By far the Bestjob & guy that’s been to my house. I’ll specifically ask for him in the future!! He’s the Best!!!
The gentleman who worked with us was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He worked hard on a few pet spots and got the stains and odors out. We are very pleased. Thank you!

I had to remind the operator to use the device that brings up dog hair. He was more interested in getting finished. Last job of the day. He was very nice but driven by the end of the day. I get it but our last cleaner was very vigorous and did a great job. My understanding is he is no longer available. Thanks

I like that you don't use harsh chemicals, you not only cleaned our carpets but our grout as well. They both look as good as new!

I was able to schedule online without difficulty. I was surprised at the cost (more than I expected). The results were definitely worth it. At almost $700 for one floor and stairs, this may have to be limited to annually. I did have an area that required extensive treatment and the results are phenomenal. I am so happy.
