The service team was on time and actually a little early. The Tech was courteous and explained the process to me and answered all my questions. He did a thorough cleaning job and was patient while I moved a few pieces of heavy furniture so he could clean around them.
My technician was great! He explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions without hesitation! Loved the professionalism yet, welcoming attitude!
They are very prompt and do a wonderful job he got rid of all the dog spots. He was very friendly and efficient.
We had the original representative cancel and a new representative needed to show up an hour later. The quote I received was $125 more than anticipated. The quality of service was good, and my floors look great, but the professionalism of cancelling when parked outside of my home was not the best representation.

Very knowledgeable & professional company. They shampooed our home, upstairs and downstairs, but they also have the capability of "washing" Oriental/Persian rugs, and tile cleaning. Highly recommend!
