First I do want to state that I have used Zerorez in the past at this same house. It has been awhile due to the Pandemic. The agent advised that they only allow 2 ft for the hall. My hall is 14ft and 17th for a total of 31ft. so it was an extra $100.00 .. plus also he said our rooms were "oversized" he did advise that he would not charge me for the bedroom as there was a bed in there... I didn't understand what he meant...don't all bedrooms have beds in them??? I just felt we were blindsided...also Agent was very willing a little too willing to leave if we decided we didn't want to pay the extra amount that we were quoted... which made me feel like this happens a lot. It made me feel pressured...like he has a attitude because I acted surprised of the upcharge. The price was originally supposed to be $135.00 for three rooms and the hall...turned out to be $315.00...ouch . Did an OK job... I moved EVERYTHING .... to make it easier...

Chris did a great job. He got my sons room clean when i thought it was impossible. The carpets look great.

Very professional technician - did a great job and was in and out with no problems

We have been using your company for few years now. When quoted the price of cleaning carpet/tiles even though I was told the quoted price Has been raised since last time we had them cleaned. It was much over the quoted price. The Tech didn’t tell me after going through the whole house how much more he has added on. We had the same rooms cleaned for the past years so that’s my feedback.

However I did tell the Tech to clean the area rug and that was extra which I’m aware of.

Robert was great at explaining to us what services would best help our carpet. We have 3 dogs and 3 kids so our floor definitely gets dirty! We appreciated all his help!

The dry time was longer than anticipated. The worker did not wear shoe coverings in the house, and I would like to see that done. Additionally, the carpets aren't as clean as I had hoped. Although we were asked to assess cleanliness prior to the worker leaving, it is difficult to assess when the carpets are still wet. This said, our carpets were in good condition, but I now know to ask for concentration in the high-traffic areas as there is a discernable difference. Also, the protectant is merely a spray which seems odd. I assumed the protectant would be applied in a different manner and I would not pay for this service in the future.

I ask your technician pricing to clean a rug, he measured it and told we 80 bucks, is probaly leas tah 1/4 the size of the romms he was cleaning, then he offered for half still out of price. check it out.

I have been using zerorez since my house was built. The technicians are always nice, always observe the carpets and give their opinions. Never any pressure to purchase additional services. As always nice clean soft carpets.

The protection spray after cleaning left a few area’s sticky. Not worth the money. I can do that myself with a can of scotch guard.

ZeroRez communicates well with their customers. They show up on time. They are thorough and the resultant cleaning is just that, clean without leaving that brittle feeling to the carpet. Our carpet was completely dry in 7 hours. Weston did a great job!

My tile was left with splatter marks that I could not clean with a wet paper towel. I called Zerorez on Monday to ask for my tile to be cleaned the right way and I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks! It didn't take 2 weeks for Zerorez to charge my card and take my hard earned money. My tile needed professional cleaning yet it never had splatter marks. It takes 2 weeks to get a redo and get the job right? That is not normal or professional or good service. I called on Tuesday and ask to have a sooner appointment before my tile gets worse and all I could get was an appointment 4 days earlier from the 2 week appointment. I was given a range of time between 4 and my death! Now I have to leave work at 3 and go home and wait......story to be continued
