Make sure the extra $30.00 service fee, for upstairs condos/extra hose, is listed while making an appt online. Then take a little more time scrubbing the darkest spotted areas. I used a Resolve carpet product today that actually removed the dark spots. Yes, your co. may have lightened them a little, but the Resolve product & me scrubbing the product in as instructed, removed the spots.

We had all the flooring cleaned in our home. We have a combination of 2 rooms of carpet and the balanced is tile. We have used Zerorez many times for carpeted areas but never had our tile cleaned. As usual, the carpet looks great, but the tile - Amazing! The grout, which was quite dirty, now sparkles! For added protection we had the grout sealed. We never expected such stellar results and are thrilled! Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable about the process. We would not only recommend to a friend, we would recommend to everyone!
