What we liked was how easy the process was. Our carpet got very cleaned. After drying the carpet didn't feel hard or become flaky.
Love your process. Cannot believe the amount of dirt and pet hair that is extracted.Also like the fact that the carpets are not saturated when finished.
Tried making it right with a redo. Tile came out better. Still some missed spots. Parts of the Baseboards were dirty with sticky gray goo that came from the machine . Luckily it came off. Just had them painted and was not happy I had to clean them myself
What can you do??? What you should have done with a redo was send a regional manager or supervisor to inspect the work after
Technician was over the top nice and kudos to him for that, but as with the first he did not pay attention to missed spots or overspray of gunk on the baseboards
Keep your $75..I won’t be using this cleaning service again

Zerorez were easy to deal with, straight forward and reasonably priced. They arrived on time and the technician, Colton R. was very nice and answered all my questions well. He did a great job in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Zerorez in the future to others.
Sloppy job
Colton was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a wonderful job cleaning my tile and grout. It looks brand new. As do my couches and area rug. I highly recommend Zeroez.

The product you use seems to work very well
The cleaning took 9 hours. I understand that we had pet urine in a lot of places, but we did not know that originally.
My biggest concern when I scheduled was my downstairs room and that room was done is a rush and doesn't even look like it was cleaned.
I would have rather not done the upstairs and all the pet treatment and just done the downstairs better.
I am reasonable and again I understand that we had a lot of pet urine spots - again I knew we might have some but had no idea the amount until the tech showed us.
I appreciate that and the tech was very nice. But we had to cancel plans and I am so disappointed in the downstairs room. I didn't expect to have new looking carpet, but I did expect it to at least look cleaned.
Everything was great the tech was very detailed on explaining the process and explained my tile and even checked if it was colored or not which I thought was really great. My 9 month old son was with me and he was very understanding when I needed to get into another room. Our tech was very professional and friendly and I felt he truly cared about the service he was providing. My only complaint is that I wish he would have reached out because he was early but other than that our service and results were incredible.
