Lindsey in customer service is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

We had some streaks in one of the three carpets we had cleaned. We were four days past the 30 day guarantee period but Lindsey went the extra mile to talk with her manager to honor the guarantee. She scheduled us for the very next day. Tim, the technician, came out, looked at the carpet and cleaned the entire carpet because once i moved the furniture out of his way he could see additional streaks. He took his time to be sure the job was completed properly. Tim did an excellent job and I'd highly recommend him.

Tim also talked to us about the zerorez water and their other cleaning services.

I feel like In the past when I have used your services my carpets have come out much better In my babies room where he shook a bottle on to the carpet it was still all crusted over when I went upstairs after the floors had dried. And I have told them ahead of time about the spot but it looked untouched. Also instead of the carpets not being all stiff after getting cleaned they were and a lot of spots were still left on our carpets in areas that are not things that would not have come up It stinks because you trust that the guys are done especially when I ask and they say they came clear. I just think that amount of money that I sent that I would use any other company because the benefits that I thought I was supposed to get like the carpets not being stuff I didn’t get it so I definitely won’t be using you guys again
