I am very pleased with the services I received from Zerorez and will certainly use this company again. It was easy to book an appointment online, I was kept apprised if the confirmation date and was called the day before to to verify the time the technician would be at my home. The technician texted 30 before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. The service was exceptional and very professional.
I am also more than pleased with the results of cleaning. There were several stains on on carpet and Zerorez removed them all. The carpet dried quickly and remained soft. I feel like I have new carpeting!
Would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for quality services and results.

The only issue I have is the sale that was announced via email was 1 day after our clean was completed. It was at least $50 cheaper had we waited for the sale.

We thought the lost leader of advertising $135 for 3 rooms was deceiving. Our hall is only 112 square feet which is about equal to 10’x10’ room, yet we had to pay more because it was not counted as the 3rd room.
The carpet cleaning was very effective. the really soiled portions of the carpet were very clean. I also like the fact that no chemical residue is present.

I have used Zerorez several times now and have always been completely pleased with their prompt and courteous customer service and the technician always showing up as promised, and providing quality work.
I used another carpet cleaning company for many years prior to trying Zerorez and although they were very reputable in the beginning, they slowly lost their desire to provide good customer service and on several occasions, did not show up as promised when I had to take off work to let them in at the scheduled time. This became quite inconvenient but I was reluctant in switching companies. Finally, I had no choice but to switch. However, I was and still am, extremely pleased with my decision.

My initial phone call was brief and very friendly. The service time I chose was 10-12. The technician texted me at 945 which was great! He was really nice and professional. I wasn't oversold anything I didn't need for my move out carpet clean. The rooms and the stairs looked great after everything dried. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them.
Carpet looks great as does tile.
Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. No chemicals used and did a great job getting rid of stains/scents from pets.
