My carpet looks AMAZING.....we are super excited about it and we will definitely use Zerorez AGAIN!! We have special carpet that no one touched and it took Zerorez about an hour to get the LR, hallways, stairs, & 1 BDR done and it looks new!! thanks a bunch Zerorez!!!BTW NO ODOR AT ALL💯🥰
Did not get the stains out as committed to and your service was 3 times more expensive than all other places I checked. Unfortunately I had to get the carpets cleaned and your company was the only one available to do it in 3 days.

David did an amazing job cleaning my tile.
The process was easy. The technician was super nice and very patient. He answered all of our questions and took his time to complete the job to our satisfaction. The up charge for the carpet protectant spray seemed a bit ridiculous for the 5 min it took to apply it but time will tell if it actually seems to do much.
No soap is ever used on the carpets. Have used ZeroRez for years and have always been satisfied.

Kevin was above and way beyond helpful. I didn't expect him to be able to get a troubled spot up, but with some elbow grease and grit, he made the extremely worn and tatered carpet look fabulous!

The service was fast and highly effective. My housekeeper said the carpet looked and felt like new. It is 12 years old and about 95% of the stains are out. All that is left is a stain from a leaking inlet ink cartridge that is over 2 years old and will probably never come to. Dog and cat stains are gone! Dog and cat hair are gone. We had 2 Dobermans and 2 kittens in the house for 11 months. Accidents happen! I love the fact the carpet feels clean, not crunchy and stiff. My granddaughter loves to roll around on the clean carpet and she doesn't get dog hair or cat hair on her clothes now. She did before we had it cleaned.
Always feel but the product has a good job and my technician was very thorough and very very nice. A professional!!
The Service person was attentive, courteous, answered all my questions and efficiently completed the job. I was especially pleased that there was no residual order of chemicals.
I have my carpet cleaned q 6 month. by zerorez. This time there are 5 spots that are not acceptable.

We did the deep cleaning down to the pad on all the dog pee. Jeramy was awesome and explained the process in detail to my husband and even used a black light to show the machine taking the pee out of the carpet. Jeramy used the black light to find the spots however a few spots were missed. These showed up at night and I think being that it was daytime this could easily happen. I'm very happy with the job they did and plan on having them back in 6 months to do the same treatment again.

What I didn’t like was that he didn’t wear booties in the house and he showed up with no mask so I provided one.
The carpet looked the same. The treatment got 2 stains out but the red wine stain remained. Its old and my expectation was not high. Due to the carpet age it may not be zerorez but just the carpet. However, I dont have enough proof to recommend the company to anyone.
The gentleman that came to the house was amazing. He was polite, respected our home, explained the process to us, even warned us against putting our wood bed back on the wet carpet. He gets 10 out of 10.
Well for starters the person setting up the appointment screwed up the date. The date you guys were suppose to arrive you didn't have us in the system. A week later you show up unannounced. Come to find out out you guys didn't even write the number down for my wife's phone correctly. Two numbers were reversed. Though you had my number correct you never bothered to call me till the wrong day and you were at my door a week after you cleaned my carpet. You guys really don't know what yall are doing and one of the worst-case scenarios of communication i have ever seen. And I am military and I have seen it all. No I will use someone else in the future.
