Zerorez seems to do a really good job of getting the carpet clean. I especially like that they suck out a lot of water and the carpet isn't soaking wet. It is a bonus that they do not use a sticky soap that leaves a residue on your carpets. The price is fair also.

Aron did his very best and the carpets and tile, area rug and furniture are so beautifully clean that we had to pinch ourselves to be sure that we weren't dreaming. We had a great experience with Zerorez (again). Joe was amazing and explained the process to me. He took his time and did not bang up by furniture. I will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

It was easy to schedule our service and got reminders of the day and time. When the technicians did not show up in the time window, I was called and told they would be late. They then discounted $25 because of that. Technicians were courteous. Great customer service.

I hired this company to clean my 4100 sq ft home prior to us moving in. There is tile and carpet through the entire home. They did such an beautiful job! The floor is clean and like new and they were professional! For a great price too! Would definitely call them again!

Initially wanted the three room special but due to the smell, they recommended the extra treatments. Because the company is promoted almost everywhere and on the radio I chose their recommendation. Spent almost $500 and two days later my whole house REEKS! It’s not just that the smell remains, it’s that it’s 10x WORSE than before! Waste of money.
