Job well done, again. Had our tile cleaned this appointment. We are original homeowners and the family room tile is 28 years old. I did not expect it to look brand new, that would be unrealistic, but I am very pleased with the results. The grout looks great and the entire floor looks sparkle clean.
Technician was awesome and professional. I highly recommend him. 24 hours after my cleaning, I still have areas that are still dirty and they are not high traffic areas. I kept hearing about Zerorez on the radio and how great they are about getting dirt and stains removed. My carpet looks much better but there are a few areas that are still dirty. I may have needed special treatment on those areas.

Arrived on time, asked about any trouble spots on the carpet, and told me about some of the troubled areas that might not get totally clean so I knew what to expect. He was a very pleasant person and worked really hard. After he was finished, the carpet and tile looked and smelled good. I was pleased.
