I have been a customer for many years for commercial and mostly residential services. The most recent time of residential service for my house, it seemed I was nickeled and dime for everything and over charged compared to my previous services. I called customer service to express my concern about the charges and was given some attitude about me questioning the prices. I was charged extra because my master bedroom was now oversized compared to the other times of services. I was charged extra for a small walk in closet that was not listed on the website as an additional charge for the cleaning. I thought it was apart of the bedroom and was not told it would be extra at the time of cleaning. I anticipated the hallway costing extra, but the way it was calculated seemed high. I signed up for the $135/3 room special and but was charged $251.00 after all the small add ons. I like the Zerorez product but may have to look for other companies for service.
Fast service, just with the treatment applied you can see the difference. Colton, the tech that serviced the carpet was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the results!

My technician was on time. Very polite and explained everything that was going to be done before she started. Once she was done, she went through everything that was done again. Great customer service. Explained my invoice. She was amazing!! I would recommend zerorez all the time!!!

We've used ZeroRez quite a few times and have always been very happy with their service. This last time we were even more thrilled. We had some spills and stains we were sure wouldn't come out; but our tech did an amazing job. Our carpet is 20 years old and looks brand new. Absolutely fantastic!!

even though my carpet is old, others have cleaned it and did a great job. Zerorez left a lot to be desired. I had to get my cleaner out and go over many areas. The tech was very helpful and worked very hard but I feel a little cleaning liquid was needed.

For $343 I expected superior results. I am disappointed. We have lived in this house for over 18 years. The carpet has been cleaned dozens of times. This was no better, and in some ways not as good. No matter how bad the carpet was we never before paid more than $200.
There is nothing to do. I normally do not reply when I'm unhappy with a result. In those situations I simply do not use that company again.
Wow, what’s not to love? Zerorez has it all, professional technicians who are thoughtful and thorough about their cleaning projects, the best solution used to clean rugs, carpets and floors, and of course pet friendly products. I’ve used Zerorez for many years and will continue to use them for all my flooring and upholstery cleaning.
