Excellent job - got my 20 year old carpet cleaner than it’s been in years! Very professional

The cleaning was so dramatic it looked like I got new tile. The carpets looked fresh and clean. The odor was gone and the house was move in ready.

Carpet wasn't cleaned well and it was soggy. Told the person that did the job I wasn't happy. He gave me a bunch of BS on how that's the way it's done and left. Called zerorez and told them what I thought. They had someone come out the next afternoon. That means I had to deal with the furniture being out of place. Not easy for my two little blind dogs, They were constantly bumping into things that were out of place. And had to deal with the wet carpet. Not to mention another afternoon wasted having it done over again. But the guy they sent out, Robert (the old guy) did a great job of cleaning up what the other guy left.

I had 2 old bathroom tile floors cleaned and a couch and a loveseat. They did tell me that the dog urine probably would not come out. That was fine. I paid to have it pre-treated so I am guessing that is what was sticky all over the brand new tile in the living room in front of both couches. I really did not see a difference in the bathrooms at all other than water everywhere. Two hours later I had to get a towel in the master bath and dry it up. While they where still here but finished i was trying to dry up all the water with paper towels on the new tile throughout the house. Your company maybe great at carpet, but at this point I paid almost 400.00 for a mess.

I was kept informed regarding time for appointment. Technician, Trey, respected our property, made friends with our dog and did an excellent job.

Fast friendly professional service and no overwhelming scent from having the carpet cleaned

I set The service up for my 90 year aunt. When technician showed up he told her the quote measurements were wrong and he was going to charge 30% more in addition he wanted to charge an additional $200 for sealant service that I already had turned down as the tile is porcelain which adding sealant is a waste of money.

1. My aunt called me, I told technician to stop what he was doing and rushed over to her house.
I told technician I didn’t appreciate him trying to take advantage of my elderly aunt. I gave the technician two options. A. Leave without doing the job. B. Honor the quote . I then spent another 20 unnecessary minutes wasting my time arguing with technician over honoring the quote or leaving. I finally had to tell him to stop talking and make a decision.

2. Technician decided to finish the job and honor the quote .

3. I had a client appointment that I was late for so I had to leave before technician was finished .

4. My aunt feels as though the technician did a lousy job on purpose. She stated that the corners of the floors are still dirty in several places.

5. How you can resolve I’m not sure. Possibly send different technician to redo the floors at no cost, or refund a portion of the charge for the inconvenience , hassle and unprofessional behavior of your technician.

It's very easy to schedule an appointment online. When the cleaners arrive, they're very courteous and thorough in walking the home to ensure we're cleaning the areas we need. And, of course, we love not having crunchy carpet after the cleaning! Thank you Zerorez!

I am very pleased with the services I received from Zerorez and will certainly use this company again. It was easy to book an appointment online, I was kept apprised if the confirmation date and was called the day before to to verify the time the technician would be at my home. The technician texted 30 before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. The service was exceptional and very professional.

I am also more than pleased with the results of cleaning. There were several stains on on carpet and Zerorez removed them all. The carpet dried quickly and remained soft. I feel like I have new carpeting!
