Was easy to schedule and appreciated being sent email confirming appointment. Young man was very polite and did such a good job. Would wholeheartedly recommend Zerorez to friends.
Nice Tech. Did a good job. Could have a little less water. Carpets were crunchy upon drying and took quite awhile to dry.

My technician, Alex, was FANTASTIC! He took great care protecting my furniture before he started and was hard-working and diligent throughout. He spent extra time on some of the “trouble“ areas and was done with the stairs and three rooms in about an hour. He did such a magnificent job that I don’t think the carpet looked this good when it was brand new! I never imagined that he could get my six year old carpet looking brand new again! I would recommend ZeroRes to anyone who wants their carpet to look like new again!

Very Professional Staff and Cleaners. Got both houses done within 3 days at perfectly scheduled times.
I have used your service for many years and have been completely happy. However this time was a little different. I had a couple of stains that were worked on twice and one got a little better but did not get completely removed the other stain was just made bigger! After 2 tries I have given up so not sure why this time was different? Chris and his partner we very willing to help get the work done right but after working for over an hour it didn't help much?

Another great carpet cleaning by Zerorez! The technician was professional and thorough, and my carpets looked really good.
Vacuum first. Every other company I used vacuumed first, so this time I didn't. Until the guys showed up and said they don't vacuum. Then I was frantic on a conference call trying to vacuum at the same time. A pre warning would have been nice.

Not only is the cleaning thorough but the technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. When my children were younger they would always get ill after carpet cleaning. In a last ditch effort to find a carpet cleaning company that could really make a huge difference to my carpets and keep strong chemicals out of my home I tried Zerorez and have never looked back!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with carpet!!!!

Scheduling was easy and the man who came was very polite, and prompt. I had my couch cleaned and it really wasn’t super dirty but you could see on the edges where it was starting to get a little dirty. I thought this would be an easy task since the couch didn’t have any heavily soiled areas or major stains anywhere. Unfortunately the edges look exactly the same as they did before he started cleaning.

It worked, my carpet looks great, there's a circle that's still a little dark by the front door, but that was a bad spot. Have had professional cleaners before and they didn't do as good a job. Chris did an awesome job.
