Unfortunately one of the crew members had a strong cigarette smell which lingered in the home following. Results of the cleaning were subpar also.

We took advantage of the 3 room special at $135. While the cleaner employee was there my wife asked him how much it would cost to do an area rug. He never gave her a price and just simply treated the rug. My wife being unaware of pricing simply acknowledged a final total to the sales rep not realizing the rug had cost a whopping $70. It literally took only a few minutes to clean the rug. No invoice was shared with her where or maybe she would have disputed the charge. It reminds me of how women are taken advantage of when the get work done on their cars and leaves a bad taste in our mouths. Not transparent on pricing and not very good customer service. Called the Day of service to speak to a manager. Was told they were all in meaning and would be contacted back. Has not happened. Getting ready to share my experience via social media and web soon if not made right.

I scheduled ZeroRes on the recommendation of a friend. I realize that my sofa was dirty and somewhat stained (as I smoke in my house). But when the service rep finished cleaning and I asked him about the yellowish tint still left on the sofa, he said it would substantially lighten when it was completely dried - well it didn't. Also, I had the front panels of the cushions repaired with fabric from the back of the sofa and they were slightly darker than the rest of the cushion and you can still see the difference. I think I was owed some type of explanation if he couldn't get the sofa entirely clean. It looks okay, but I was expecting totally clean. I would give a recommendation with a proviso.

Carpets are clean! Fast and dries pretty quickly

They came within a few days of me calling, friendly service. Nice guy, did a great job on the rugs which were quite dirty. Looked great again!

Your representatives come in with their equipment, get right to work, do a great job, and then pick up their equipment and leave my house a lot cleaner than when they came.

They get my carpet cleaner than any other service.

Clean, soap free, no residue, healthy alternative, results are leaner brighter than traditional type carpet cleaning.

The carpets do look much better. From a cost/value perspective I think there may be other options I explore next time.
