Great service and carpets look awesome. This is why I only use Zerorez!
Superprofessional and gets our rugs clean. No chemicals and no chemical smell afterward.
Our technician Brandon was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and timely. However we are a tad underwhelmed with the final product. After having the tile cleaned, we used rags to clean up small puddles of standing water which left the rags dirty (evidence of not being totally clean). Other than that it was a present experience. 5 Star rating for Brandon!
Scheduling needs to be more customer friendly by providing a time frame when the customer calls to make an appointment and not where the customer has to arrange for a day off work to accommodate you.
Our service representative Nicholas did a fabulous job. He brought out all his tools to make our carpet look new again.
Very thorough job. Carpets were cleaned well. Service people did a very good job. Carpets took a bit longer than I thought to dry.

The carpeting always comes so clean!!! And we don't see old stains popping back up. If there is an area of concern, the technician doing the cleaning warns us ahead of time. Staff always, polite, efficient and helpful!

To start, it was very difficult to even make an appointment. I was on hold for 20 minutes because I had a question before I made the appointment but gave up and made it online.
I used your service once before and hoping the results would be better this time,. but not really. So many spots were missed. Your rates are twice as much as my previous cleaner, ChemDry for similar results.
The only good thing was the technician was friendly and didn't bang the house around my furniture like the last one did.
