It took the carpet almost 24 hrs. to dry. Not enough water was extracted from the carpet as some areas were really soaked in water. The person who did my carpet was very nice. I had this done a long, long time ago and was really satisfied. I prefer your company as the treatment does not leave a crunchy carpet.

I love that I don't have to worry about any harmful chemicals being used or left behind on my carpets with 2 small children in the house. Both of the techs we've had in the past year have been super personable and friendly!

The associate took his time and made sure he did a outstanding job on the couch, loveseat, and ottoman. The work came out great.

Service was fantastic! Joe was in and out in no time was very knowledgeable and provided us some great advice with regards to our carpet and couch. We will be using Zerorez again and sooner than our previous break between services. :)
The 1st time I had my carpets cleaned by zerorez, I was very happy with the results. This time, however, I'm not as happy with the results. My carpet is crunchy in many areas, and i feel like my carpet isn't as clean as it should be. I paid a lot of money to have my carpets cleaned, and I'm disappointed with the job done.
There were some stains on my seats that did not come out and I was hoping with the reputation and the comments that I had heard about your empowered water I really believed that it would take those stains out and it didn't. Also there was spray marks all over my dash and all over the black of the interior and I had to go thru a whole cleaning process inside my car to remove all the white spots. The carpets did get clean.
