Starting with your great customer service , we really like the Zero residue as opposed to wet carpet with soap residue. Your heated water technique us quite effective - even on our older carpet.
My first tech wasn't trained. He did not no procedures.

Cleaning was inconsistent on the front room chairs. Parts of them still appear quite dirty and it’s even more obvious because other parts look good.
Technicians are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They always take their time to clean the carpets and make sure the job is done well. Carpets never smell mildew-y after and they feel so clean!
Your prices! Double the price of what I pay my normal carpet cleaner...same results
Carpets still have spots and not very clean rental Management didn’t believe I got them professionally done pee spot still there still smells. The guy was Extremely nice and got a couple of concerning spots .however overall not worth 190
