From office to resident customer service was excellent

our tile has a soapy residue all over it. It looks worse than before it was “cleaned. It is spotted and feels like a waxy residue. It was not properly rinsed with water and the customer service was disappointing.

The technician was nice.

Would not clean inside of closet although only 3 foot straight in. Said it was a walk-in closet and not included, would charge extra. This would have taken all of a minute to do. Also, he stopped several inches short of closet threshold. Your company gets a lower rating for being so cheap. I'll be sure to mention this to anyone who asks about your services. Otherwise your cleaning was performed adequately.

The fellow went to the wrong house, so that took awhile to straighten out, then it took him like 5 hours to clean 3 bed rooms
