I mentioned prior, but will again. The technition was very good, customer friendly, explained the benefits of the process, he worked efficiently and quickly but also seemed to want to do a real thorough job. Thanks, I am glad you did the neighbors some months ago as that is where we were introduced to the company. Thx thx thx. We are getting new carpet on July 5 and we will ask for a yearly cleaning I hope by the same technition.
products are very good my floor dried in one day. I used my ceiling fans, which at this time of the year are always on anyway.

We had a great experience with Zerorez! The technician was early and did a thorough job and left my carpets clean and fresh. He had a lot of experience which was important to me because we have wood floors and I was worried about getting too much water on them but he was very careful and professional and left our home in excellent condition!
The technician was courteous and respectful. He prepared his supplies and got right to work. He was efficient and completed the job with in the time he quoted. He also saved me money by noticing that the quote I was given didn’t match the sale. The carpets turned out nice.

Far and above the best service available. Very pleased with my clean carpets. Will use again.
I was charged for oversized rooms, while 2 rooms were very small. I literally timed how long it took him to do the guest bedroom and it was under 5 minutes. The master bedroom is also filled with furniture with very little carpet to clean. So I found it unfair to charge for oversized rooms. Perhaps changing the fee structure to total square feet of carpet to be cleaned, not based on individual rooms as it appears there is no discount if the rooms are smaller or with limited carpeted areas, only additional fees if they are considered oversized. I felt the cost was too high for the amount of carpet to be cleaned.

I was very disappointed in the work that was done to clean my carpets. The gentleman was very nice and I really didn't have an idea of his work until after he had left. My carpets were extremely wet and what usually takes 3-5 hours to dry took overnight (more than 16 hours) and that is with ceiling fans on in every room and 3 stand fans going as well.
I have personally used your service many times, referred you to my RE Clients and also gave verbal referrals to other Real Estate Agents for their clients. This is the first time my carpets were this wet and I still have crunchy carpets. My carpets were not stained and only had a few (2-3) minor areas of where my dog had gotten ill.
