Prompt service,great value, no chemicals used!
Our tech was awesome and the smell is gone (so those are both high points) but when we looked today the spots were back- not even 24 hours later. It appears that once the carpet dried the spots really had not been taken out of the carpet, we just couldn’t see it when the carpet was still wet.

I appreciate that Zerorez continues to be on time or even early for every visit. We also appreciate that the Technicians are all very polite, friendly and patient with our dogs! The Techs have all been very conscientious about our needs & concerns about our carpet & take the time to clean & treat them completely. We will continue to have Zerorez come to our home 3-4 times a year!

Tim was extremely professional courteous, thorough and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain how their products would work and what I am to expect. My window of time was pushed back to the next two hours but Tim arrived on time.

Carpets seem to get cleaner and feel better
Carpet dries pretty quickly.
I just had my floors completed as I had a new home that needs my floors of 2 years old cleaned and sealed. When I can to see the floors, I was very disappointed. The floor looked to not be cleaned in many areas and all over the grout was still dirty. I actually was able to clean several areas of the grout on my own. It is not at all what expected as it just seems that it was mopped and thats all. My bill was over 500 and I will not do it again or recommend.
