We liked the service that was provided but the overall cost was pretty high compared to our initial quote. I didn’t like that I had no visibility into the full cost until they were actually here. The technician was nice though and talked us through everything so overall I would recommend.

This is the second time I’ve used Zero Rez in my home, but it definitely won’t be the last! I love how my carpets feel new afterwards. The technician was so polite, and I noticed he was extra careful with corners and base boards, which was nice to see. Needless to say, I’m very pleased!!!

Kitchen tile cleaning was good … but carpet was disappointing. Carpet stains were evident before and after and tech have no recourse. I had to replace the carpet.

The professionalism
Last cleaning (December 2020), spots were left on my tile but I did not know how they got there. This cleaning (July 2021), the "citrus pre-spay" was placed down on my tile floor when it was not being used. A couple of days later, I mopped my floor and noticed a light haze on my tile where the spray was set down. I then realized that is how I had got the first spots on the tile. I called Zerorez and they offered to come back out and clean the tile in my entry way. They have not come out yet, but they made it very easy for me to request that they come back out to clean my tile. I hope the tile comes clean, but in the future Zerorez needs to have a spray to clean up after themselves on the way out.
Technicians are always professional and products leave no residue.
