Good quick and efficient service

Still have the stain, the reason I called you. Tech said it would be gone. Disappointing.

I purchase the cleaning fluid from you and use it to clean my tile floors, laminate floors and many other surfaces in my house. Works very well on the kitchen surfaces.

Very professional and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning our carpets. This was our second time using Zeroez and we will for sure use them again.
Maybe stronger cleaning solution? I vacuumed before & then again right after the carpet dried and it clogged my vacuum a couple of times. Not sure if that’s common, but I myself have never had that happen before.
Works without soap
The stains are still there. I paid $200 for 2 hallways, paid extra for the pet treatment, and once the carpet dried, the spots appeared again.
The stairs were not cleaned well at all my husband too a rag this morning to work on a spot that wasn’t cleaned and the rage was very dirty after cleaning just one step of the staircase. So we are going to have to clean the stairs again ourself. The rooms look great but the stairs are not clean at all.

Your service man, Chris, was truly outstanding.
They were on time, communicative, and professional. We had a few old pet stains from the previous owners that they seem to have removed and although there are still some wet spots we’re pretty happy.
Upon arrival I immediately told the tech that I have a cat and asked him to close the door when he goes in and out. He explained the hoses have to go through the door for service, which I understood so during that time I monitored the doorway. However, seconds after asking him to close the door on his way in and out he exited the house with the door wide open. He did this again twice. I will never allow him in my home again, that is so disrespectful. Also, Colby also told me twice he’s faster than other techs. I’m thinking this is because he doesn’t take his time to do a good job. There are sticky spots on my floor and I can see swirls and a layer of film on all of my tile. Had I known this is what my floor would look like after spending $265 for a professional clean I never would have booked the service. We’ve used Zerorez two or three times before to clean our carpets and have never had an issue.

The tech was great. Chris was fast and did a great job. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
The technician was on time, and even a little early. Spencer's appearance was clean cut and in uniform. He was polite and pleasant to chat with. He was thorough and professional. Once he was done, he sent me an immediate text to tell me he was done, what he had done and the feed back was informative and positive.

I wish I used them earlier! Great service and very polite. He was on time and had it done way faster than I expected. My carpets look new again! Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company I will ever use or recommend. If you don't use them yet, make an appointment. You will not regret it.
