I just wasn't happy with the outcome of the carpet. The worker track the some stain area around on the carpet. He stated that the carpet is old and that's how high traffic area turns out. I told him my girlfriend not's going to be happy with this results. He stated if you want to call the company to send out another Tech they will or send a supervisor out. I don't have the time because I work alot hours and our guess is coming this Saturday 07/03. I waited to say something because I was hoping it would look a little better when it's dry. He did good on some corners but some corners had yellow stains. I couldn't tell my girlfriend that I paid $174 Dollars for this results.

Zerorez is always easy to work with; no trouble booking, estimate was up front and included what I’d asked for. When the tech arrived he did an outstanding job. I appreciate that Zerorez always works hard to exceed the expectations set. My carpet is nearly 10 years old but looks much newer. Big thanks to Zerorez!
Everything came out great and looks so much cleaner. I've never had a problem with any of the techs that come out. Always friendly and professional and don't give you the impression they are rushing through the job. The only company and product I trust to get my rugs and floors clean is Zerorez!
