I had been dreading doing a deep clean on my own; so, when I heard the Zerorez announcement on KTAR (92.3 FM), I finally took the plunge and contacted Zerorez by phone. I spoke with Charles, who made clear what Zerorez was able to do and pricing. When Rob arrived, I indicated the areas in need of cleaning. Set with the almost impossible task of shower tile, shower grout, and carpet, Rob worked a miracle bringing back to their former life those areas in dire need of a good clean. Rob was prompt, personable, and detailed in his explanations. He was attentive to problem areas that I showed him, and, upon request, made suggestions for other areas of the premises. He put energy and vigor into his cleaning with the tile brushes and the carpet vacuum. Charles and Rob made the Zerorez experience phenomenal, and I will return to Zerorez in the future for their superlative services.
