Our 2.5 year old carpets buckled badly after the visit. When we called zerorez after, one of the techs didn't know if it would return back to normal. So we called back and got someone else who reassured us it would. When we asked what would happen if it didn't, we were told zerorez would do nothing. That didn't make us very happy. Luckily the carpets did return to normal, but we weren't thrilled with the experience and the lack of accountability. This was the 3rd time we'd used zerorez and had never experienced buckling before.
They did a great job from start to finish. From setting up the appointment, arriving on time and most importantly doing a fantastic job. The carpets look great and when I need them cleaned again they will be the company I call.
The price to remove pet stains for such a small area was a little steep.
