I loved how pleasant the young man was who cleaned our carpet. The carpets smell fresh with no chemical smell and feel wonderful to walk on. We are very satisfied.
My scheduled tone was 10-12 and the technician arrived at 11:50. He explained the process and got to work. The carpet look great for its age.

I like the process you use and how quickly every thing dries. It felt so good to have three upholstered chairs and a 5x7 heavy good shag rug deep cleaned. All four pieces were from the Lazy boy furniture store and 7 years of light use. They feel like new again. The service man was efficient and excellent to explain everything and did a great job.

I have used your service for many years now. Seem to be having trouble with technicians our last few visits.
I am extremely frustrated. The tech was very reckless and put black marks on every corner and molding. i have some gouges out of the paint going up the wall where he pulled or yanked on the cords across the house constantly while working. I could hear him hitting the baseboards and walls as he worked. I am always careful to remind them to put down molding guards but apparently it didnt help. He did large master in about 10 minutes and the 3 rooms were done in 30 minutes. it usually takes a good hour to clean. The master had bubbles all over the room and i had to put stacks of books to flatten all the waves. I am aware our carpet is old and we do have some warped areas but havent had any new ones in all these years after cleaning. i dont have any touch up paint to match the marks. We have never had a service worker so reckless. I honestly dont know what to do.

I think the carpet is clean but it’s kind of crunchy. Not sure if it’s the cleaning or the protector that was put on

Nothing really. Zerorez is great. I will o ti up to use them and if the subject of carpet or tile cleaning comes up I will certainly suggest zerorez like I have in the past.
I thought that the technician, Chris, was knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, and polite. He did a wonderful job on washing my tile floors and sealing the grout.
When you spend close to $200 and they stay for an hour and a half do you wonder just how much they really are scrubbing the carpet. Just think a little more effort could’ve been given to the carpet stains!
