My carpet is crunchy after being cleaned which was a surprise since it is advertised that it won't be.

My technicians were very nice, but I was somewhat disappointed that we didn't have more discussion about the sealing of the tile. It does look really good, but I wouldn't have chosen to seal all the areas they did, had I been asked. I had expressed when they first arrived that I wasn't sure if I wanted to do the sealing. I was not asked after the cleaning what I wanted or did not want sealed.

It ended up being more than I had budgeted to spend. Had I been given the option to make the decision, I would have sealed some of the high traffic areas but not others. Since they had already completed the work, I didn't feel I had the option to not pay for the sealing of the tile that I did not want completed.

My carpet actually feels clean! No scruncy chemical feeling or bad smell! In fact no smell at all! Our technician Trey, was very polite, informed and professional. I only wish I’d had the tile/grout cleaned too!
The only issue was a 3-5 appointment time. Trey arrived right around 3pm . The carpets weren’t anywhere near dry by bedtime. Had to relocate everything that goes on the floor to the living room, then back when they finally were dry next day

The plaster on the wall in our hallway was damaged in 2 places. Plaster and paint were on the carpet after the representative left. There was also a small puddle on our kitchen tile. The employee did not mention anything about it. I slipped and fell on the file floor and injured the top of my foot and my low back.

The tech was very friendly and professional. He was up front in letting me know that a 2 inch piece of grout came out at the entry way tile step.

Unfortunately I had to have a contractor come out and fill the grout while my wife and our Realtor re-cleaned several areas of the floor before the photographer could take marketing pictures.
