Somehow a $120 2 bedroom cleaning grew to $644. That is over the top. And the he said she said did not line up. Learned a very expensive lesson. Zerorez will never step foot in a house I own again.

The entire process was efficient. I was able to speak to a person right away that assessed my needs and set-up my appointment; a reminder was sent in advance; rep showed up as scheduled (Mark), who was very pleasant and did a good job sanitizing the carpets.
The zerorez carpet cleaning method is effective and the carpets look great.

I like that Luis was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave me information on how to keep my carpet clean. Good customer service in today's economy is very hard to find. I have to say he was very efficient and I truly appreciated his work ethics.
Dries fast, cleans the carpet and tile really well. The young man that was here was very polite and explained everything in detail. Very pleasant and hard working.

We didn't have our regular guy this time. Hopefully he will be back next time. He is very efficient and does a great job. This was a trainee and instructor. Late, understand that can happen, but slow. Didn't seem very efficient and at the end the floors didn't come out as great as usual. Seems like there was a film or something. Floors were dirty the next day. Like they were never cleaned. It was surprising. Makes me think I am wasting my time cleaning floors and may just have carpets only done next time. Still love Zerorez just not this last experience.
I am beyond happy with the results from Zerorez. Since my carpet is very old and had MANY pet accidents on it I was just hoping to make it a little cleaner.
My carpet looks, feels, smells amazing!! Even my Son commented on impressed he is with the results of the Zerorez cleaning of the carpet.
The guys were very knowledgeable, explained what to expect, what not to expect. They were also very professional and friendly.

Everything was great, as was the technician. I had pointed out 2-3 spots and it appears they are still there. Not sure if they were pretreated or just permanent spots that won’t come out???

The carpet didn't come out as clean as I expected. It was pretty grime to begin with but I expected it to get a little cleaner than it did.
The carpet does not look any cleaner then when you started. It also took over night for it to dry completely. The person who was cleaning it was professional but he thought he could get it clean and when he finished, I hink he was also disappointed. A refund would be nice.
He did a wonderful job but he didn’t leave me any spray remove her as they have in the past.
The technician was great and the work was done nicely... Give him a raise.
We had water come into our house recently so I specifically pointed out a few places that sediment had gathered. I told him that I had mopped and cleaned but wanted a "pro" to come in and finish the job. He failed to reach those specific spots, which were clearly visible and did not do under our master bed as promised, nor under the couch. Now I realize this is on a best efforts basis but these places were easy to do. The service rep also commented that this was his final job of the day, so that led me to believe that maybe he cut corners in order to get out earlier. We paid $340 for one bedroom, two tiled rooms, stairs and two small bathrooms.
I ended up going around the house with paper towel and mopping up the puddles and wiping up the areas of filth that were left behind. I really appreciate the work he did but felt that it could have been much, much better overall. The grout lines look fantastic but I stand by my review.

Service technician was thorough, professional and on time.
My technician was on time, courteous and acted very professional. Show me the results right away when getting started. Put in the extra effort in cleaning my sectional couch.
The products are great and so was the service.
