The technician spent 15 minutes telling me his thoughts on my 15 month old carpet with zero stains than getting started and simply doing the job. If I hire someone to do something I just expect them to do it. I don’t need carpet education on brand new perfectly clean carpet that just needs to be cleaned of household dusts.

They leave my carpet looking new. He listened to my concerns and explained the care afterwards. Arrived on time and finished right in schedule.

Our tech was polite, but my husband was not satisfied with the results. He felt the job was too big for one tech. The grout was not cleaned well--Many areas are still dirty. The carpet on the stairs was pulled up on several stairs. Resulting in tearing the carpet and pulling padding out on step one and two. The tech also turned off our fireplace by taking the gas key off the shelf and tuned it off without asking for our permission. We just had it serviced by TriStar and they told us to never turn off the gas because of how difficult it is to light. The tech deducted the charge from the total bill.

Technician was polite and responsive. However, there were three Dirt spots that did not come out. To be fair to the technician, after the carpet was wet form the cleaning process, it was not as easy to see the spots. But after the carpet dried, you could see the spots. They did improve some but still show.

Personnel was great, process was quick easy and didn’t smell!

Super good customer service and did a great job on cleaning my floors, only didn’t give a 10 because a chunk of one of my bedroom door frames was taken out and I didn’t notice till after cleaners had left.
