With all the hype on the radio about how clean you get carpets, I expected more.
Yes, the carpets were clean. They were not that dirty to begin with, but I had some high traffic
areas, and I expected them to look like new. I could still see the darker color in the high traffic area. Thought it would be gone.

I have been using this company for a couple years. Wiĺl not use any other company.. Good people and flexible hours with quality work.
After the service, when I pointed out that the traffic areas still looked bad, the tech told me that Zero Res couldn't really do anything about traffic areas. So, the company should make that clear up front to perspective customers.
Overall, the carpets did improve and they are not crusty and dried out from the cleaning.
I was very excited for carpets to get cleaned. Two guys came and were very quick…maybe too quick. I have 5 rooms and a stairway done and they were here maybe 40 minutes. I had carpets treated, cleaned and protected. Our elder dog had recently peed in two spots and I wanted to make sure the smell was gone. They came on a Wednesday and by the next morning one of the spots really smelled. I rescheduled for Saturday for just the stairs (where the smell was) and the guy came and was here a couple hours. Luis was SO awesome and thorough. I would definitely hire him again if I planned to use Zerorez again. I’m just not sold on the cost of the original cleaning & how quickly they flew through the job, especially after watching Luis on just the stairs.

The carpets didn’t come as clean as we would have expected. I think your records will show that we clean on a regular basis, so we were surprised with the results. In the past, they looked much better. I must say…the young man who did the cleaning was exceptionally polite. A good employee!

Very prompt and you guys do a very good job
My family has sensitive skin so the lack of chemicals is a plus. Also, they remove a lot of the residue from previous cleanings so the carpet is nit stiff.

Wow! Loved my carpets! I loved that they weren't soaked with water (this has happened before with other companies) and it only took a couple hours to dry. I loved that the carpet was soft, not crunchy, after it dried. The two guys that came out were professional, courteous, friendly and informative. We did a once over before any work was done....I have 3 dogs and wanted to make
sure there weren't any issues or concerns that needed to be dealt with from them prior to cleaning. I would highly recommend Zerozrez to anyone wishing to have their carpets cleaned.
