The technician was friendly, extremely thorough and explained the whole process. The product is as advertised. No chemical smells, no crusty carpets, just clean and looking like new.
Tech was friendly and knowledgeable
The up-sale attempt was around $700 for a little puppy urine in one room, totally unnecessary. Because I turned the up-sale down the technician quickly but not thoroughly finished 2 rooms and 2 30’ long hallways in under 15 mins. This made the final product less than satisfactory and with much to be desired. I went for this service because it was on the radio show I listen to, JJ and Rich and I’m honestly surprised they would promote a product this deficient in substance. I definitely expected more and I’m going to have to schedule another carpet clean because of the technician’s poor work ethic. Just regular dirt stains from trafficked areas didn’t change at all but I used my spot cleaning wet-vac to check if the soiled area would easily clean and it came right up. I’m very disappointed to say the least.
Your techs were so professional & friendly. I don't remember their names but one was first day on the job and so involved and sincere. Great personality and service. Like the carpet dried quick and with little smell even though I had pet stains.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They work quickly and get the dirt out with no residue. They are on time or let you know if they will be late or early.
Went looking for the 3 room $139 special. Started there and added additional room, hallways, etc. Ended up being quoted slightly north of $300.
Time window by Zerorez was between 2-6pm. Technician shows up at 1pm without any call or notice.
Technician cleans the carpet and comes back with a bill of $435. I was also not notified of any additional charges prior to being billed after service was already performed.
Contacted Customer Service to voice my complaint - rep was helpful but said I would need to speak to the manager. Took my number; manager never called back.
Unfortunately at this point you’ve lost my business. Although the product was good, the blunders and miscommunication throughout the process just isn’t worth it.
