Would not use any other company. Carpets come out so clean and soft. The young men doing the cleaning were very knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous.

I had two recliners cleaned on Tuesday 1/25. After they dried they are still dirty! I have used zerorrez for years but really dissatisfied this time around. $155 for two chairs that are not clean. The two men were very pleasant and worked fast. In and out within 30 minutes. When the chairs are wet you cannot tell they are dirty. Now it is quite apparent. They need to be cleaned properly.
The technician was great. When we use your service again, we would like to request to have him back.

Attempted to upsell an additional $600 for pet stains. Very unscrupulous. Most of the carpet looks good, I am still waiting to see how the finished product looks.
