The worker was very sloppy. The carpet was still wet for couple days. He did a horrible job, the carpet was not clean at all. Sorry I do a better job renting and buying a powerwash vacuum for under $200. I wasted my money
Your technicians are always friendly and professional and the carpets are never real wet.
I have used Zerotez for years and my carpets come out beautiful. You should also use them for your area rugs.

I’ve been working with you guys for about 3 years now. You guys always do a wonderful job and also always on time. Great service and would recommend to everyone.
I had discussed the spots in the carpet where the furniture had been sitting and if they could do anything about pulling up the pile of the carpet and the lady said he may be able to rake up those areas and get them to stand up a bit but when the worker came he said it would not do any good and basically just went over it with the machine and it took about an hour to do 3 bedrooms a hallway and living room and was pretty easy to see that he really did not want to take any extra time for my concerns

I don’t know if things have changed but in the past after my carpets were cleaned they were soft. This time the carpets are crunchy. Which leads me to believe there are chemicals in my carpets now which will attract dirt and I’ll have to get them cleaned again sooner. I picked Zerorez because of zero residue. I’m not sure why you advertise otherwise. My technician was nice and did a good job.
