Service technicians are very polite, informative
Getting the appointment was easy and they were able to schedule me within the week. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable, very polite, friendly and professional. The job he did was awesome! My carpets look like they are almost brand new again. Some areas they will never be able to change/fix are heavy traffic areas. Like around our bed, it's been walked on, smashed down, and the rest of the room has been kept brand new by furniture covering it. But even with that, it looks great and heavy traffic areas are barely visible! I would reccomend Zerorez over and over again. Have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

carpet cleaning was very good. Negative: I felt the 25 dollar charge for coming to my home was not needed. Planning a trip in my direction with customers in your no charge zone would have made the extra cost not needed.
Ramon was very thorough explaining the products & services. My daughter-in-law has asthma & the products used did not affect her.
The carpet is the original carpet in 2005 home. Been cleaned once professionally (very bad wet carpet for days) & twice renting a machine from grocery store. Ramon made 17yr old carpet look like new! It dried on ONE DAY!

Do a great job getting stains out. Your technicians are polite and knowledge.
We have used zero Rez in the past and it has been great. We schedule a tile and carpet cleaning and they didn’t meet our expectations. When the technician left he had me look over the tile. I asked him what there dark spots were and he said they were just wet and would be fine once they dried. After several hours they were the same. We called back and were told a second technician would be out the following day. The second technician addressed all of our concerns and was fantastic. We did find out that the first technician didn’t seal the grout like we paid for, which is concerning because if we didn’t call back we would have never known.
My carpet looks good as new. The technician was very professional.

The guys (Keith and Marco, I believe) did a really good job. The last time I had Zerorez, I really wasn't that impressed. I definitely was this time. Everything felt really clean and next time, I won't be so hesitant.

Was sure we were happy and didn't have any concerns before he left. Cleaned up after himself and left everything in excellent condition. The carpets are very clean, soft to walk on and like the fact that the cleaning product is non-toxic. This is not the first time we scheduled your service, we are and have been customers for awhile and would highly recommend your services.
