I love how my carpet looks & feels after a zerorez visit, and that all the techs are super friendly and courteous : )
I just don't feel like they did near as good job as previous visits. I vacummed like 6 times to be ready, and for them to be done so quickly and the last times they did a really good job on the high traffic areas and this time I feel like they didn't even go over it enough to make much of a difference. Other than that, he was on time, friendly, respectful, wore the booties etc.
Scheduling was so easy and the tech showed up on time at the begging of our window. He was very professional and did a great job!
The job was done quickly, but the carpet was left too wet. The downstairs living room, stairs and upstairs bedroom was wet all day. I did not experience such a long drying time on previous ZEROREZ visits to my home.
It was pretty basic. I was very surprised to see the one stain that was on the main carpet is still leaving that rough texture in the carpet.I understand the circumstances but they also arrived 2 hours early... i didnt have enough time to move all the things i wanted, the tech seemed to not even move a simple shoe but whatever. I hear such amazing things and maybe i expected higher and better??

The zerorez shampoo that came out to my home did an excellence job. Its my third time using zerorez and was by the far the most professional and the did a great job on our carport.
Our technician was very professional, kind and respectful. Some areas of our tile floor needed a second cleaning which was carried out without hesitation.

The Tech, should have "pre-treated' the spots on our carpet better.
Also, there was a small bathroom next to the kitchen with tile/grout floor that he should have offered to clean (at an additional fee, of course) since we paid to clean the kitchen type grout/floor.
We gave the Tech a nice tip thinking he had pre-treated the spots on the carpet, but the following day the spots reappeared, which indicated to us (based on previous experience with Zerorez) that he did not pre-treated well. This is not our first time using Zerorez, so we know these type of stains are removable when the Tech pre-treats correctly.
Our flooring looks like new again! And not only did the true color of our grout come thru, but so did the "actual color" of our kitchen tile! It always had an orange'ish undertone that we thought was just the normal color tone of the tile ~ but afterwards it looks more cream and taupe. Love it!
And Tyler, your service tech, was great! Super polite, knowledgeable, and very conscientious in his work. We will definitely be requesting him personally next time! Thanks Zerorez!

Job well done by our tech, Harold. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Harold looked the job over and advised us of his plan and completed the job in a timely manner.

My carpet is not clean. The walk areas still have spots. I tried to call so that someone can come out and see it before I put my furniture back. I got a recording saying if I know the extension of my party to enter that. I never had an extention. You all made me look like a total idiot because I kept insisting on using your company when my niece wanted to go with Stanley Steamer. This is not good.....
