On time. Seems to like his work, did a good job.
I was able to schedule based on our needs and the results were very good! Abe let me know that some of the paint spots were not able to come out (due to being acrylic paint?) but I am very pleased with the end results. The carpet looks very good and so much cleaner!!!
They texted/called me ahead to notify me of their approximate arrival time and that was helpful to me since it is a business.

Simeon M. was the person that cleaned our Master Bedroom carpet.
He looked it over and listened to what our situation was. We had dirty traffic areas in the room.
He took his time and did a great job. We were very pleased and would recommend this company!
Cody was friendly and did a decent job but for the money it was overpriced. How can you do 3 rooms in a home for $199 but my vehicle cost me $290? I had my SUV done but all seats, except for the driver and passenger seats, were removed. Cody said he had never had one for his easy (meaning with the 2nd and 3rd rows seats removed). It took him maybe 40 minutes start to finish. I work for a company managing the construction of 7 and 8-figure custom homes for a living and don’t make anywhere close that much in 40 minutes! Wow.
I had only issue with the impression Cody made. As he worked he would occasionally pull out a vaporizer that smelled pretty strongly of marijuana. He did this openly in front of me for the 10 minutes I talked with him.I didn’t say anything to him at the time and wouldn’t have mentioned it if not prompted to give a review but here we are.
The clean quality was okay but left something to be desired. My carpets still felt stiff and crunchy after. Lackluster experience and feeling like I had my pockets fleeced.
Josh was an excellent technician. We are always please with our Zerorez experience!!

The guys were early on the job. Very nice guys and very efficient. The carpets dried within the time frame I was told. I called on Monday and my carpets were cleaned the next day. Very happy with the results.
The carpet cleaner who came to our apartment yesterday (I cannot remember his name) was just wonderful! He took the time to show the stains, and explained how to best eliminate them. We have used ZeroRez in the past and will continue to in the future! In fact, we already have our next appointment scheduled!
Carpet is soft, not crunchy. Smells clean.
The two gentlemen were very knowledgable and informative about their company. Explained everything on how they are different from other companies, leaving “zero residue” behind. Professional and polite, respectful, both wore masks the entire time. The carpets looked much cleaner, dried by the next day. I will use them again in 6 months for sure. You can tell these two take pride in their jobs.

I'm extremely happy with how well the carpets Zerorez cleaned turned out. There were lots of stains and soil from dogs and children. Zerorez removed the pet urine and cleaned the food and dirt stains. Thank you!
