Technician was nice and efficient but the carpets were wet for over 8 hours even with fans running on medium in every room. Once they dried they were crunchy. The crunch was less than other carpet cleaners, but it was still there and not what I expected based on the marketing
I believe the technician's name was Devon. He was so thorough and professional.
I am asking that he come on the 28th of February to clean my tile floors.

We had the best service with zerorez. The technician went over the carpet with us and showed us our pet stains. The carpet looks so good my husband would like for them to come out twice a year. My technician was super fast friendly and reliable. It was it easy to make an appointment. I did it online and I even got next day appointment it was amazing.

I think you need to do a better job of breaking down your sections on your website. I took your explanation of Walkway/Laundry Room for $25.00 to all encompassing bundle. Your technician started haggling. I told him i do not like to be nickeled and dimed. I finally just asked him to do what I put in the quote no more or less. I normally use a different cleaner but he was busy so I figured i would give you a try. First impressions were not good. I did like the fact you had 2 cleaners so the job took less time but you cost more and again the first interaction did not make me feel valued. As a small business owner, customer service is KEY to me.

The customer service woman I spoke to on the phone after service was HORRIBLE. She literally reprimanded me when I called to report an issue and ask them to come back out. (Technician did good but missed a spot that was under a kids small trampoline that I wish he would have asked if I want to move.) Focus should be on improving customer service! I have provided top notch customer service for a few years in my life and that was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen from anyone. She has no business trying to make people feel small. Fire her or retrain her rude self or you’re going to lose customers!!!

The power water works great and has no smell
