He was always polite and courteous toward us and very efficient in his work. It was the best quality work we have ever received from any carpet cleaners we have had in the past. The cleanest my carpets have ever been
I liked the promptness of my services and the friendliness of the technician. The carpets turned out great. I did notice some residue after drying on the tile causing spots so I had to mop after cleaning, which I wasn’t thrilled about.

I was very disappointed in the pricing. I was most disappointed in how wet the carpets were when the technician left. We’ve use Zerorez before in Washington State and the carpets were always perfect when they left. Slightly damp I understand, but not wet for hours, with both ceiling fans and a floor fan on, in dry Arizona. Totally not expected.
Carpets look and feel great. My Technician, Keith, was pleasant, efficient, helpful. He is an asset to your business. I would definitely request him again!

The technician listened to our concerns about whether he could get it as clean as we hoped. Did a sample for us on the dirty tile. Then proceeded to clean it thoroughly and we were pleased with the results.
I paid $375 for carpet cleaning with special treatment to make sure that deodorizer “ biological” treatment was used and it would smell good in my house.
It took 2 days for the carpet to dry AND it now smells like a DEAD BODY!

Hey disappointed in the recent service provided. Started out very bad… driver barely introduced himself. We had requested the individual that provided our service on the prior visit two weeks ago… didn’t happen. This individual made a mess every step of the way. He soaked our carpet and he was here to clean out shower tile. He damaged our front door. And left makes all over the corner of our wall where he failed to use the corner wall protector. He used spray sealant on the grout and that was a joke!! Just really disappointed this time around by the lack of professionalism and care of our home. Not to mention the lack of pride in the work!
