Code the guy that came to do the work did a great job on the tile. However as far as the carpet goes I didn’t notice any difference between zero Rez and any other cleaning company. Only difference was more expensive. But I had a 12 hour square-foot house carpet clean with two rooms and tile cleaning the kitchen and was happy for the price that I paid.
The 2 men that cleaned my carpets did an excellent job! They were on time for the appointment
and had the 6 carpets cleaned in 1 1/2. hours. They left everything clean and neat. I definitely am satisfied with their work.

Very clear and thorough communication with the rep; the rug tech, Jason, who arrived was experienced, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Did a really good job, and gave clear instructions about dry time (this involved pet stain and odor removal treatment). Highly recommend!

How clean the floors got
Our carpet and couches were very dirty and they appear to be much cleaner after being cleaned by ZR. The booking process was super simple, even at midnight while the business was closed. The tech arrived right on time, was professional and courteous. We received the service we expected and in a timely manner. We will ask for Trayvon next time.
Great service
Some Furniture is blotchy and others have dirt lines from the edge of the nozzle… streaks… I payed good money over $500 I expect for the kinda money a much better result. Rugs are spotty too

We had our carpets cleaned approximately a week ago at 8 am. The carpets are not even a year old yet, but I am aware that it is recommended to clean the carpets once a year. The person on the phone when we made the appointment told me that the drying process would be approximately 4 to 6 hours. When the person cleaning the carpets finished, I asked how long before the carpets would be dry and so we could move things back into the rooms. He replied 4 to 6 hours. At 8 pm the carpets were still wet. In the morning, the carpets were still wet in areas. The carpets were finally close to dry in the late afternoon, nearly 24 hours later.
This week I vacuumed the carpet, and when I opened the vacuum container, which had been clean and free of debris prior to the vacuuming, I found a lot of fine dirt debris. It was as if the carpet had never been cleaned at all. I am truly disappointed.

As long as I have Robert (the older Robert) I'm happy. What I hate are the kids that haven't been trained well or didn't pay attention. Don't tell me to just call and you'll come back out. Do it right the first time.

As a first time user/customer, I loved it. The guy was super nice, and was patient with my young kids and the dogs (James I think his name was). I had a few questions as to how the cleaning process worked and he explained everything. He was very professional and I'm knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Zerorez again in the near future for our yearly deep cleaning.
