We loved our carpet cleaner, he was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and just super awesome! We were about to move into a new house where the previous owners had 3 dogs, so the floors were kind of gross, and we have young kids who like to play on the floor, as well as a crawling baby! We needed our floors as clean as possible. We were able to move into our new completely clean home thanks to zerorez.

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets a few times, this time, I do not think they did as good of a job as in the past. I have yellow stains in places where I didn't have stains before. I do not know for sure but perhaps the cleaner didn't work quite as hard because when he wanted me to add an extra treatment to the carpet, I said no thank you, I hope to replace my carpet soon.
These new stops appeared on the landing and at the top of the stairs. If Zerorez would like to come back and extract the new stains, I definitely would entertain that. Thank you!

The service I received was fantastic! I've NEVER had such and exceptional job done on my carpets, EVER. I'd recommend your company above all others.
The carpets look terrible. Many, many spots that don't look like there was an attempt to clean them at all. I now have to go through the house when I have very little time left before my moveout to try and remedy this myself. I paid $700 for what was only worth $300 at the most. The tiles look better then the carpet but still not what I expected. I know there is a 30 day guarantee, but it doesn't do me any good because I have to hand over the keys on the 28th (Monday).
