Zerorez Phoenix is incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a new hire initially clean our very filthy and stained carpet, and it didn't turn out well at first. Keep in mind I wasn't expecting perfection because we planned to replace our carpet until doing so didn't work in our plans this year. The initial cleaning actually left the carpet looking worse than it did, but Zerorez sent out another technician who not only made the old carpet look brand new, but he also removed stains we thought were permanent. I will only call Zerorez to clean my carpets from now on.

The technician was super thorough with what he was doing - my carpet looks better now than it did 2 years ago when it was new. Arrived on time, great communication - Fantastic job!
Have always done a great job
Unfortunately, the carpets were left "crispy" the next day. It was not something I could notice when the technician was here because they were wet and took quite some time to dry. This was a primary reason I went with Zerorez- part of the ad was it would not be left this way.

I don’t feel like my carpet was cleaned correctly, I have had you guys clean my carpet downstairs and it came out really good but my upstairs did not get cleaned correctly I am disappointed in the outcome of my carpet, I don’t think I will be using Zerorez anymore.
Lower rates for rugs. Paid over $400 for 3 rooms, set of stairs that is only 14 steps, and two rugs.
