Prompt and professional
No cleaning odor and the gentleman who cleaned the rug was so friendly.
The technician was prompt, friendly and very courteous. We had one area on our carpet that had grease from a garage door opener that was tracked into the house. We had tried several times to remove it ourselves and we could not. He was able to remove all traces of the grease.
The team member that is sent is always professional, neat, clean and does good work.
Tech was knowledgeable & friendly. He explained the process & it seems far more thorough than other companies I've used in the past.

It was quick, easy to schedule, they came the very next day and on time. The process o my took less than an hour for two bedrooms and the carpet looks great and smells nice. Both associates who came were friendly and the main guy was pretty knowledgeable as well.
