My carpet gets clean!
I don’t know if things have changed but in the past after my carpets were cleaned they were soft. This time the carpets are crunchy. Which leads me to believe there are chemicals in my carpets now which will attract dirt and I’ll have to get them cleaned again sooner. I picked Zerorez because of zero residue. I’m not sure why you advertise otherwise. My technician was nice and did a good job.

Our carpets look clean with no residue crunching as we walk across it with bare feet. Great job! Zerorez is in our contact list and…not to worry…we will be calling them in again for our next cleaning!
The worker was very sloppy. The carpet was still wet for couple days. He did a horrible job, the carpet was not clean at all. Sorry I do a better job renting and buying a powerwash vacuum for under $200. I wasted my money
Your technicians are always friendly and professional and the carpets are never real wet.
I have used Zerotez for years and my carpets come out beautiful. You should also use them for your area rugs.
