I’ve been working with you guys for about 3 years now. You guys always do a wonderful job and also always on time. Great service and would recommend to everyone.
I had discussed the spots in the carpet where the furniture had been sitting and if they could do anything about pulling up the pile of the carpet and the lady said he may be able to rake up those areas and get them to stand up a bit but when the worker came he said it would not do any good and basically just went over it with the machine and it took about an hour to do 3 bedrooms a hallway and living room and was pretty easy to see that he really did not want to take any extra time for my concerns

The technician did not contact me with another option for the pet Oder in my carpets although my neighbor told him to. I had to call again today to have tech cone out a 2nd time to do treatment
My bedroom was so disgusting. I work from home on the desk in my bedroom and my dogs, 2 dogs are always in there. My two Co workers. My littlest grandson is 9 mos and his little cousin 4 mos is going to be sleeping in my bedroom for a few days while visiting. I wanted my carpet clean so the can play in there and sleep without worrying about a disgusting carpet. It looks awesome! I love that it is not stiff from detergent and so soft. I use to clean it with a Hoover carpet cleaner which is too hard for me to do, I'm 68. And I never got it that clean. Very impressed and will diffentally use you again. And I have told some of my relatives. Happy 😊 customer.
Techs are very courteous and knowledgeable and in and out in a timely manner. Zerorez has been able to clean up a stain I have been living with for eleven years. Highly recommend.
