Tec seemed like He was in a big hurry. The total time he was here was less than an hour and that's counting the time that he spent in my bathroom. There are three places that I think should be further addressed and I did mention this to him but he didn't seem to care. I have been a customer for several years and have always been completely satisfied with the results. Not so much this time.
This review is a little late because my company was arriving in two days and I had no time to respond.

To the point….spot of dog urine was not removed after I was told that it wasn’t a problem and that it would come out. When the carpet was wet it looked to be gone but when the carpet dried the spot was there. I personally feel the tech did not spend enough time on the area and only went over it too quickly.
When I called to have the tech return I was told it wasn’t possible and I had to schedule a re-clean of the area and potentially pay &75 for a special solution..problem is we were leaving for vacation 2 days after the initial carpet cleaning. Now I will need to call back - disassemble my sectional sofa and move it again when I get back from vacation. This cleaning was disappointing

The service tech was nice and respectful and this review is nothing against him, but I don't feel like the service was worth the cost, especially regarding the tile - does not seem any cleaner. Seemed like a complete waste of money.

The technician that was sent (Robert H.) was very thorough, explained the process he would be using, and was very courteous and respectful. We were very pleased with the outcome of cleaning our carpets. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

Easy to do business with, friendly and responsive staff
Zerorez is above and beyond better than all other carpet/tile companies I've ever experienced. Their technicians are knowledgeable and passionate about their work and it shows.
The master bed room carpet still has grey traffic patterns visible and some stain spots. Bedroom 2 has stain spots slightly visable also. I would say the carpet only looks 60% better now. We went thru all the work to completely move all furniture out of 2 bedroom's 1 day before the photo shoot. Only to have the carpets look like this very disappointing. I don't believe your radio ads at all now. I guess the carpets need a shampoo style cleaning. The previous owners had the carpets cleaned by Stanley Steamer before we purchased this house 5 years ago. Even though the traffic patterns reappeared about 8 months later at least they looked good for the sale and showing! The carpets looked MUCH better when cleaned by them. I should have just used them again. We are selling our house and have open house next Saturday. I guess I am going to see if Stanley Steamer can come out before the open house Saturday.
