Great products and excellent service
Every time a Zerorez tech has cleaned my carpets they acomplish their cleaning duties professionally, carefully and quickly. Always I am asked if there is a problem area or areas that have a stain. If there is a stain it is pretreated and cleaned and/or removed during the cleaning process.

I had to spot clean some areas missed. Even the high traffic areas looked better after I did a little pretreatment and then Cleaned.
We could sit on the couch that day! It wasn't wet, it didn't smell, it was clean ... everything you could ask from a couch.

Carpets looked great after being cleaned! Scheduling was easy, and the process was quick.
I cannot comment about the cleaning. The house was sold and cleaning the carpets was one of the conditions.
But, what I can comment on is the service. Everyone from the beginning to the technician at the end were very professional.
I just wish it came out brighter. Yes there was improvement in the rug.

I don’t like the add on fees. I have a small house with 3 carpeted bedrooms and one walk in closet I did not like having to pay extra for the closet. I think that’s just wrong. I also don’t like paying extra for high traffic areas again I think it should be included in the price.
