Charge too much money even 3feet by 4 feet charge 25 dollars .and 35feet by 4 feet charge 100 something. Also cleaning with just water, nothing appears changes after get clean. My room exactly looks same as before. i will never call again. i paid 272.75 dollars just waste my money.

The fluids used to clean the carpets do not leave anything residual within the fibers. The carpeting looks and feels clean.
Nothing really. Area rug looks amazing after cleaning but stains/spots appear much quicker & darker than they were before cleaning. I feel like there is a little bit of false advertising.

The technician was very detailed and my floors turned out great! I used to hand scrub my floors ever 4 weeks, I will never do that again!!

Our carpet and rug look great! Luis was fantastic. He recommended what needed to be done and it was done much faster than we thought it would be. When we asked about the cost of cleaning a rug her gave us and estimate and did it without making us wait for another appointment. I strong recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for fast, quality service at a reasonable price.
Rugs just looked so much cleaner after they were here & it looked like they did a much better job then the last place I used. I would def use them again.
