We had both carpet and tile cleaned. The carpet turned out well, and we are pleased with the results.
The tile was dirty, and the grout was dirty. We asked the technician to clean a small section to help visualize how well the tile and grout might clean up through the process. The results were satisfactory, so we asked the technician to proceed with cleaning the whole tile-grout area.
The tile cleaning came out satisfactory, but the grout cleaning was inconsistent. The technician said that some of the grout was "stained" and implied that a better result could not be achieved. We did some light brushing of some of the "stained" sections, and we found that the grout in those areas was easily cleaned. The "stained" sections were not stained at all; they simply required more attention and scrubbing to restore them to a satisfactory condition.
The grout cleaning is understandably a labor-intensive process, but we proceeded with the cleaning with the assumption that the results would be satisfactory. Regrettably they were not satisfactory. We would like to offer two options as possible paths to resolution: (1) return to do additional cleaning on the grout; or (2) offer a credit to offset the portion of the cost applicable to the tile-grout cleaning. (We are happy with the carpet results.)

I have had my carpet cleaned several times with zero-Rez. Overall they do a good job... but I notice stripes on the carpet after the cleaning dries. I’m starting to think my carpet type just shows residual junk from the cleaning because it disappears after they come back to reclean. Not sure how to fix it... maybe extra attention for this carpet type?

I heard so many good things about your service that I decided to use Zerorez. I have used other companies before and do not see any advantage in terms of service or results.
I had the carpet cleaned in two bedrooms and paid to have the protective treatment applied. My carpet was not dry enough to put the furniture back in place for 30 hrs. It was so wet that the carpet in one room had big ripples in 5 or 6 places. I discovered it just before the technician left. He had not mentioned it to me. When I asked he talked it off by saying that moving heavy furniture could cause rippling. "It may settle down." No heavy furniture had been moved. Carpet was not rippled before. True, as my carpet begin to dry ....18-24 hrs it started to lay down. When completely dry no rippling. I believe my carpet was too wet from the cleaning. I also saw three small "rusty" looking places where night table legs had been. I found these when I went to put the furniture back in place. They are not from the cleaning. I can only think that someone spilled a glass of water and it was under the table legs. I'm not sure they could have been removed, I am not blaming Zerorez for the spots. My problem is that they weren't pointed out or mentioned. Which leads me to believe no attempt
To treat them was made. The other bedroom has a small ripple that developed and did not go away. I will say that after vacuuming the carpet several times since cleaning I am more satisfied, but too many problems or questions from the process.
The upholstery and rug that were cleaned look good.
My friend, Brenda Giles and myself live very close to each other and scheduled service on the same day. Neither of us had a great experience. We live in a community that frequently has service companies for various jobs.
I do want to say the technician was friendly and courteous.
No chemicals are used and my carpet looks great! I've had Zerorez clean my carpets for years and wouldn't use any other company.
My rugs are always finished just perfect and I have used you and referred you to other people thank you for your service and I will keep you in mind for my next carpet cleaning oh and Spencer did a really nice job goodbye Name removed
The technician that came to clean our carpet and tile was professional yet friendly. He explained the process and advantages of grout sealant. The carpets are nice and fluffy. The tile did not respond well to the cleaning. Zerorez was really great. The technician brought the issue to our attention and called management. Later the same day, Zerorez called to schedule a follow up visit to resolve the issue. The floor was definitely clean but we were left with visible anomalies in the finish. The regional manager came the same week with two other employees. They redid the tile . It looks better but still has a foggy look to the finish. We were very satisfied with the way they handled the problem and their professionalism. Our issue is most likely with the tile and whatever the manufacturer used to finish the tile.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez and will use them again when needed.

Scuffed up all corners to all rooms that were cleaned by dragging equipment from room to room. House was recently painted inside as we are getting ready to sell. One room still has visible stain. Not impressed.
