I have cream colored carpet and I am always amazed how clean Zerorez gets them. Especially the hallway where we track in from outside. I always use Zerorez.
Although my carpet took a very long time to dry (some sections were still damp the next morning), the carpet feels cleaner and looks better. No crunchy carpet at all - it actually feels softer? The "wet carpet smell" is gone and it just feels better knowing its clean. I kind of which I could have seen the water and stuff that was extracted, but i can definitely tell it made a difference.
Do you have a great service at a great price and your employees are always very professional with me.

Make sure that carpet is suctioned of water completely, technicians shoud wear carpet slippers and rake well after finished, not just a few rakes and done.

Two items:
I sent an email to Email address removed regarding the fact that when the tech cleaned my carpet something was dropped on my tile and cracked two 18" tiles. That was on 11/21/21. I have not received any response or acknowledgement from the photo and email I sent.
Also, the service notes that were included with my invoice are very OLD. The carpet is listed as 10+ years with pet stains.
The carpet and pad in my house has been replaced since those notes were taken and is both carpet and pad are only about 3 years old and I no longer have pets--so no stains.
I don't believe there is any attention to detail and I do understand that having cleaning during the holiday season causes techs to rush but I don't believe the service or acknowledgement of the issues after service were resolved.
The carpet looked great and smelled fresh. Matthew was very polite, prompt, and professional. He did a wonderful job!

I wouldn’t say that I was disappointed but don’t think Zerorez lived up to the hype. To me the job done was t any different or better than any other company and much more expensive. For that reason I really wouldn’t advise others to use Zerorez for their cleaning. The tile in my kitchen and bathroom looks good; grout in the bathroom not much different than before it was cleaned. I vacuumed the carpet immediately after it had dried (I had not walked on it) and a bunch of dirt filled my container making me wonder how good of a job had truly been done.
I am very impressed with Zerorez. We have used other carpet cleaning companies and this was by far a better service. From beginning to end it exceeded expectation. Mitchel was an excellent Technician and I appreciate his excellent customer service and friendly disposition. I never felt uncomfortable, and he seemed genuinely happy to help. I highly recommend this company!
Zerorez does what it says. Cleans your carpets without leaving them wet or with any residue. The operators have always been courteous, helpful and go the extra mile to please you.

This is the 2nd year that the furniture hadn’t been cleaned correctly the first time. It’s frustrating to have to re-schedule cleanings because it’s not done correctly the first time.
